The map is not a forecast to be clear, it is simply a four part mix of polls, it tries to just be a Robust Polling Average.

• 50% Polling of Each State

• 10% PVI Adj Polling Average of Region ((State PVI-Region PVI)+Regional Polling Margin)

• 20% PVI Adj Polling Average of ALL 50 States (State PVI + All State Polling Margin)

• 20% PVI Adj National Polling Average with Elasticity (State PVI + National Polling Margin)
